To say "amazing" would be saying the absolute least! Mrs. Messer was absolutely WONDERFUL, and it was a huge blessing to have her by our side during our entire buying and selling process. When we were selling our home, we went through a RB agent, that was also a family friend; this proved to be a  huge mistake! She refused to show us ANY houses, ours was hardly ever shown, and she never had any feed back, pointers, NO initiative whatsoever! After canceling the contract with her, my husband suggested calling the original agent he had bought the home from years prior, Paula Messer. BEST MOVE we could have made! From the beginning she had great tips and ideas to help us move the process along, and was the most aggressive agent I have EVER seen! My house was on almost every circuit for the Open House rounds, she had feed back for us after every single showing, we were on every sales blast via-email possible...UNBELIEVABLE effort! And even before we had a showing, she-unlike our other agent-was showing us houses and sending us constant updates on what was new! Even after our journey together was technically over, she never lost touch with us; they have even been to parties and/or events at my home to support us in our adventures and start ups. It has been 3 years, and now that we may have to relocate for my husband's job, she is right by our side again! I recommend her to EVERYONE!!! She is amazing!

Paula did an outstanding job selling our house, We had moved out of town and Paula was always ready and willing to go by the house and let a contractor or service provider (e.g. pest control) in to the house. She also did a good job of providing us with feedback from other realtors who showed the  house. When we had an offer on our house, she worked with the home inspector to clarify comments, talked to contractors she knew, and came up with a solution that both parties were happy with. Throughout the entire process, she was helpful, positive, supportive, knowledgeable, and professional.

We purchased from hubzu. Paula had never dealt with them but she was excellent at keeping them on track and making sure they did what they were supposed to do. We really appreciated all the hard work she put into our home purchase

Paula is a master whiz when it comes to doing her job and gives 110% whether it is a buyer or seller. She worked with us for several years helping to find the home we wanted. She is unwavering when it comes to details and she became like a family member to us as well as an everlasting  friend. If you want someone to work hard and even late night hours for you if needed, then you should call her. There are realtors but then there is Paula. You really want her on your team if you mean business! Don't settle for less ~ I tell anyone I know that is in the market to sell or buy - about Paula. She is a true treasure and an expert in real estate and all she does for you.

Paula is a true asset to any home sale! She helped us sale a house, the house had a few issues she pointed out. After getting the house, it took 13 days for her to get a contract on it. There were a few hick ups at closing that could have killed the deal. She handled the situation like a true pro,  things were worked out and it was closed. Her expertise in the area and knowledge make a true asset!

Paula quickly became a friend with her hands on approach that helped us new home sellers through the process. My family is grateful for the time she spent walking us through each step and the open ended honest conversations we shared. In dealing with numerous realtors in the past, Paula is far and  above any others and is highly recommended by my family. Paula is great to work with! We were purchasing a home “sight unseen” coming from another state, which is highly unusual. Purchasing a home is stressful, but Paula is great and helps relief a lot of the stress!

Mrs. Messer's local knowlege of the real estate market is excellent. She has the expertise in the process to make things happen for the client. Paula's word is as a hand shake once was, it is a bond. When she says she will do something, you can bank on it happening. Having experience in negotiating contracts myself, I give Paula an A in negotiation skills. I moved from Spanish Fort to the Oregon Coast and burdened with the task of selling my Alabama home from 3k miles away. My original realtor dropped the ball so when her commitment ended I searched and found Paula Messer. I spoke on the phone with her (really was an interview) and I felt that she would bring her "A-Game" to sell my home. In a tough real estate market, Paula went the distance and stayed the course. I finally had an offer and Paula was there in my absence to notify me immediately of inspection issues that needed attention to close the deal. We made it to closing and all went well.
