Last October, I decided to pursue a lifelong wish-to live on the water.

It all came about as my son suggested that I move from Mobile and live "across the Bay" in Baldwin County. I told him I had never desired to make that move and would not want to live in Baldwin County unless I could be on the water.

He checked out waterfront property on the internet and found a townhome I could afford. I considered it a "dump with a view", but saw the potential to make it special. From that point, the race was on! I had to sell my house to make this happen, and that is when I called in Paula Messer.

Paula had sold more homes than any other realtor in my neighborhood, Spring Lake Estates, which is a gated community of townhomes in Mobile. The neighborhood association considered her one of our own and even gave her a private code for entrance. Paula was both personable and professional with a great work ethic. She was aggressive and had great follow through and did what she said she would at the specified time.

As I sat on my patio today viewing Mobile Bay in Fairhope, AL, I thought of all that had happen since last October-selling my house, purchasing the condo on the Bay, remodeling it, moving in, decorating and enjoying the sunsets every day. Paula was key to making this happen.

I was very pleased with her services, and enjoyed working with her.

I moved from Spanish Fort to the Oregon Coast and burdened with the task of selling my Alabama home from 3k miles away. My original realtor dropped the ball so when her commitment ended I searched and found Paula Messer. I spoke on the phone with her (really was an interview) and I felt that she would bring her "A-Game" to sell my home. In a tough real estate market, Paula went the distance and stayed the course. I finally had an offer and Paula was there in my absence to notify me immediately of inspection issues that needed attention to close the deal. We made it to closing and all went well. I would recommend Paula Messer without hesitation for any of your realty needs. We still chat on occassion 9 months after closing which goes to show you that she is also your friend in this process.
